Here is a pewter wizard figure by artist Ricker dated 1985.  Measures 2" tall and 3" long.  He does not have wings.  Such a cute face.  Marked on the top of the back edge.  Also marked RBO on the bottom.  SEE ALL PICTURES AND USE THE ZOOM TO APPRECIATE THE DETAILS.
