    ULTRA RARE ORIGINAL Metallica mail order form from 1982! This is NOT a reproduction. This is an original copy of Metallica's fan club mail order form that was sent to me by the person who ran the fan club. This has been in my personal collection since 1982.
    The copyright circle and underlining were done by the person who sent it to me. I never modified this in any way. It does have a horizontal fold from when it was originally sent to me, but it has been stored flat for the last 39 years.
    There's some wear around the edges, but it's in otherwise fantastic condition. Ready to be framed!
