    You can obtain a perfect fit by measuring your waist at the place where you will be wearing the belt.
    YOU MUST MEASURE!!
    !  DO NOT go by your "pants size", this is different than your belt size, and
    will not
    fit correctly!  DO NOT measure one of your old belts, there are too many variables and it
    will not
    fit correctly!. Once you've measured, simply choose that as your size from the drop down menu, we will take care of the rest for a perfect fit!  Returns are costly for everyone and will end up being reflected in the price of our belts, which we try our best to keep reasonable, so please do not order if you are unable or unwilling to measure your waist.
    These are top quality 10 oz (or about 3/16"-1/4" thick,) latigo leather unisex belts made right here at our shop: Mountain Leather Design in Vermont.
    It is 1 1/2" wide and we will custom make this belt in your size.  (see the choices above).
    The belt comes with O-rings, the brass rings are solid: (not welded,) the solid brass nickel are welded; they are attached with rivets.   They are worn by threading the tip end of the belt through the rings.  They are hand stitched.   The tips of the belts are hand stitched "upside down", so that the top grain of the leather will be on the upper side when worn, giving the belt a nice clean finished look.
    These belts are of such quality that its life span is typically 15 years or more. (Try to find that anywhere else!)   Much longer than the "laminated" belts you will find in most stores, where they often add cardboard as a filler between 2 flimsy pieces of leather.
