Antique Japanese Seto Celadon Lidded Box

Description

This pretty box measures 4 1/2 inches across, is 3 3/4 inches tall. It is heavy, weighing over 22 ounces. The inside of the lid has a few small chips that are not visible when closed, and the bottom has a 1 1/2 inch "Y" shaped line which I am not sure is a crack (please see the close up pictures). It is one of several pieces of celadon I am selling that belonged to an elderly relative.
